A WindowsService class to expose a windows service.
This class also exposes some techniques such as
- Delegating events.
- Using Interlocked.CompareExchange to reduce the threads waiting in a timer delegate.
- The use of a System.Threading.Timer type timer.
- Implementing IDisposable
